PAYMENTS

 

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). In India you can also use your debit cards and NetBanking. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery payment option on selected pin-codes within India.

You will receive a confirmation call from us when you place an order using the Cash-on-delivery method.

 

What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 

Do I have to pay shipping charges?
Shipping is free within India for all orders above Rs. 1000/-.
A small convenience charge of Rs. 50/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 1000/- in India.

For International shipping, you would get a shipping rate when you enter your address and country details on checkout.

 

By when will I receive the ordered products?
We process all orders with 24 hours and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. LetterNote is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes
For international shipping, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery

 

Why have I received only a part of my order?
Based on availability of products in the inventory, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

How can I track my order?
You would also get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

 

Can I cancel an order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of LetterNote. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, or modify your order. Any changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
